     /listuser <level> [number] = See the access list
                                  /listuser Avoice
                                  /listuser 300 2-4
       Available level = Avoice, 100 (Auto Op), 200 (Super Op),
                         300 (Master), Akick, Aignore

     /remuser <level> [mask/number] = Remove a mask access or number 
                                      access list from a level access
       /remuser 100 *!*@*mdn* = Remove *!*@*mdn* from (Auto Op) 100 
                                level access
       /remuser Avoice 14 = Remove number 14 from Avoice access list


     /adduser <level> [mask] = Add a mask access to a access level
       /adduser 100 Roni!*@* = Add Roni!*@* to Auto Op (100) access 
                               level

     /seen <nick> [-n] = Seen request for your self, the data will 
                         work if you enable seen request
                         /seen Roni = Seen the usernick Roni
                         /seen Roni -n = Limit for one nick

     /nsaip [<on/off>] [<password>] = Turn on or off auto NickServ
                                      identification (DALnet)
       /nsaip on ; /nsaip off ; /nsaip mypasswordnick

     /undlogin [on/off/options] = Turn on or off or open options 
                                  dialog, just see undlogin on or off.
       /undlogin on ; /undlogin off ; /undlogin options
       (For Undernet new commands on March 2001)

     /nick <nickname> = Changes your nickname to a new nickname
     /quit [reason] = Quit IRC (closing connection from server)

     /server <server> [port] = Connecting to server
       /server koneksi.war.net = Connecting to koneksi.war.net server
       /server koneksi.war.net 6667 = On port 6667

     /disconnect = Forces a disconnect from a server

     /query [nick] = Query a usernick (open a query window)
       /query Roni = Query Roni ; /q Roni = same

     /ping [nick/#channel] = Pinging a usernick or a channel

     /clear = Clearing the active window

     /exit = Close mIRC

     /me is busy now = Describing (action) you to the active channel 
                       with is busy now (*** MyNick is busy now)

     /ame is away = Describing (action) you to all channel that you 
                     are in with is away 

     /amsg Hi all... = Describing (text) you to all channel that you 
                       are in with Hi all...

     /hop = Part and rejoin the channel without close the window
            /hop -c #Picauly = Cycling channel #Picauly

     /j #Picauly = Joining #Picauly

     /part #Picauly = Parting #Picauly

     /p = Parting the active channel

     /mode <#channel> <char> [param] = Sets mode channel, only if you 
                                       are op on the channel

     /mode #Picauly +o Roni = Make usernick Roni an op
     /mode #Picauly -o Roni = Deopping Roni
     /mode #Picauly +v Roni = Make usernick Roni a voice, if Roni is 
                              an op, only show the @ (op)
     /mode #Picauly -v Roni = Devoice Roni
     /mode #Picauly +b Roni!biasa@picauly.f2s.com = Ban the usernick 
                                                    Roni
     /mode #Picauly +b *!*@picauly.f2s.com = Ban the host/ip
     /mode #Picauly -b *!*@picauly.f2s.com = Unbanning the host/ip
     /mode #Picauly +m = sets the channel, only ops and voices can 
                         talk in the channel (moderate)
     /mode #Picauly -m = unmoderate

     /kick #Picauly Roni Sorry! = Kicking Roni on #Picauly with the 
                                  reason Sorry!

     /ban #Picauly Roni 2 = Ban the host/ip of usernick Roni (if found)


Note
----
* #Picauly is an example channel, you can use different channel name.
* Roni is an example usernick, you can use different nickname.
* Parameters enclosed in <>'s are mandatory.
* Parameters enclosed in []'s are optional.
* <nick> refers to a person's IRC nickname that they are online with.
* <#channel> refers to a IRC's channel that was created by the server.
