 - Fixed comma problem in Ping Flooder. (when you click a down or up arrow,
   it would insert a comma into the field, causing a "invalid numeric value"
   error)

 - Fixed comma problem in Mail Bomber. (Same as above)

 - Fixed seriously flawed and ineffective Ping Flooder.

 - Fixed up mail bomber problem. It will now send multiple mails without
   problems. Previously it would send incorrect instructions which would
   cause the connection to be closed after a few mails. (How many depends on
   the server you were using, typically about 9)

 - Significantly improved port watcher.
